All of our products pass strict quality control tests before they are sent to our customers. We offer a guarantee on all our products, with the length of the guarantee depending on the type of product:
- “Annual Pack with Subscription” and “9-Month Pack with Subscription” for TAPP 2 Twist and TAPP 2 Click: Lifetime guarantee provided that the subscription is ongoing
- “Starter Pack/3 months”: 1-Year guarantee
- Replacement cartridges: 1-year guarantee
A summary of the TAPP Water guarantee conditions can be found below. In the event of any discrepancy between this summary and the EULA, the EULA shall prevail.
Local consumer protection laws may provide additional guarantees. The TAPP Water guarantee does not in any way limit the rights you may have in accordance with these regulations.
The TAPP Water guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects for any TAPP Water product for the stated period of time from the date of purchase on the TAPP Water website or the date of purchase at a TAPP Water direct sales stand.
TAPP Water does not guarantee that its products will:
- Operate without interruption
- Be free of faults or defects
If you have a valid claim under the TAPP Water guarantee and have returned the product according to the established procedure, we will replace the defective product at no cost.
If we determine that the problem is not covered by the TAPP Water guarantee, we will notify you and inform you of the available service or replacement options.
The guarantee period will not be extended if the product is replaced.
The guarantee does not cover defects caused by customers. This applies particularly to cases of inappropriate use, improper handling or unauthorised attempts at repairs, especially:
- Problems due to external causes, such as accidents, misapplications or misuse;
- Use that does not comply with TAPP Water product instructions;
- Problems caused by the use of third-party accessories, pieces or components.
Lifetime guarantee for Annual Subscriptions
TAPP Water member subscribers benefit from an unconditional lifetime guarantee. In the unlikely case that your product must be replaced during the current Annual Subscription period, TAPP Water will provide a replacement free of charge and at no extra cost as long as the return instructions are followed.
An active Annual Subscription is defined as 12 months from the date of purchase or renewal of the Annual Subscription. (For example: “12-month Pack with Annual Subscription” purchase date: 12 April 2019. Active Annual Subscription period: from 12 April 2019 to 11 April 2020).
Annual Subscriptions with a status of “paused” or “postponed” are included. In these cases, the active Annual Subscription period is simply extended for the amount of time the Annual Subscription maintains this status (a maximum of 3 months).
Users who cancel their Annual Subscription forfeit the right to the lifetime guarantee 12 months from the date of purchase.
