Pause Annual Subscription

Whether you’re going on a vacation, still have
cartridges at home, or simply
don’t want to renew now, you can pause
your subscription for a period of up to 3 months.

We will send you a reminder every month
with a link where you can
restart your subscription effortlessly.

In case you do not restart nor cancel your
subscription, after the 3 months are completed
we will charge your annual renewal and send you
4 new cartridges, thereby starting a new subscription
cycle of 12 months.

You can change the status of your subscription
in your MYTAPP account anytime.
