If you would like to return a product you purchased on our website or at a TAPP Water direct sales stand, please read the following instructions carefully.
If you purchased the product from another online store, a physical store or Amazon, please contact the seller. TAPP Water does not handle returns for purchases from third parties.
We will reimburse the return shipping costs in the following cases, as long as they occur within the guarantee period and your request has been previously evaluated and confirmed by the customer service team following your submission of the return request:
- The product is not compatible with my tap
- The product is faulty or there are manufacturing defects
- The quality of the product is poor
- I received a product I did not order
- I received a product twice
If you would like to return the product to us for any other reason, TAPP Water will not cover the return shipping costs. For example, if the product arrives too late due to delays on the part of the shipping company, or for any other reason not related to the quality of the product or its compatibility with your tap, we will reimburse you for the cost of the product, but not the return shipping costs, as long as the return is made within a period of 45 days following the date of purchase.
If you need to return a product from outside of TAPP Water’s service area, please contact TAPP Water customer service. Shipping costs may apply.
To return your product in compliance with the returns policy, please ensure that:
- You made your purchase directly from TAPP Water (via our website) or from a TAPP Water sales stand in a shopping center;
- You have contacted TAPP Water via the returns form to let us know you’re beginning the returns process.
- The product must be returned in its original TAPP Water packaging, with all materials and parts included;
- Carefully follow the TAPP Water return instructions, completing this form.

Returns due to non-compatibility with your system:
Our filters are compatible with 95% of standard taps. Please make sure your tap is not on the list of non-compatible taps before making your purchase. If the filter is not compatible, our team will contact you to see if we have another solution for your particular case. Bear in mind that most cases of non-compatibility can be resolved by sending you additional adapters free of charge. We will evaluate your case using the video you attach and will contact you as soon as possible to find the best solution.
If we are unable to resolve the compatibility issue, we will advise you on how to return the product. In these cases, the reimbursement for payment of the returned product will be carried out as quickly as possible, and in any event within the following thirty (30) days.
Returns due to defects in quality:
TAPP Water is not responsible for defects in quality caused by normal wear, external impacts or misuse.
Once the existence of a flaw or manufacturing defect in one of the selected products has been confirmed, TAPP Water will arrange its replacement with a product of an identical nature within the following 5 working days, as long as it is still within the guarantee period:
- “Annual Pack with Subscription” and “9-Month Pack with Subscription” for TAPP 2 Twist and TAPP 2 Click: Lifetime guarantee provided that the subscription is ongoing
- “Starter Pack/3 months”: 1-Year guarantee
- Replacement cartridges: 1-Year guarantee
If it is not possible to replace the product, TAPP Water will notify you and compensate you for the portion of the total purchase amount corresponding to the cost of the product. In these cases, the reimbursement for payment of the returned product will be carried out as quickly as possible, and in any event within the following thirty (30) days.
Return for any other reason:
TAPP Water is not responsible for defects in quality caused by normal wear, external impacts or misuse. If you would like to return a product to us for one of the following reasons, let us know within 45 days of the date of purchase:
- I don’t like the filter/I don’t like how it looks
- I did not cancel my annual subscription in time
- The product arrived too late
- I ordered a product I did not want
- Other (explain)

In these cases, we do not offer reimbursement of shipping costs for return of the product. When we have received the return, we will reimburse you in the amount of the purchase price using the same means of payment (your bank card or PayPal account). Please bear in mind that the process will be carried out as quickly as possible, and in any event within the following thirty (30) days.
Each returned product should be accompanied by all of its parts, labels, packaging and—if applicable—the documentation and original accessories it came with.
