Delivery information
We will send you an order confirmation and the transport company will send you a tracking code as soon as they process your order.
To know the status of your order you can use this tracking code on the website of the transport company.
Once your order has been sent, the delivery takes place as follows:
Standard: 1 to 3 business days in Spain and UK, and between 5 and 7 days in other countries (and Canary Islands).
All deliveries require a signature.
- It is not possible to deliver to transport agencies, postal sections or hotels
- You cannot make deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays
Return shipping cost: without cost*
*Returns have a cost of €5-10 if they occur for causes not attributable to Tappwater. For more information, visit the return policy section entitled "Return by any other reason."
