Does it fit my faucet?
Remove the lid containing the filter and straw. Fill with tap water up to 1.45 L and put the lid back on and pour the ready-to-drink water into your glass!
Useful information
Filter the water 2-3 times before using the pitcher for the first time to clean the refill. After several filterings the water will become clear again.
The pouring flow rate of the water is 0.8-2.0 L / min. If the flow rate is reduced, shake the carafe a little or remove the top lid and replace it.

Water capacity and flow
- Capacity of the jug: 1.45 L
- Capacity of liters per refill: 400-600 L / 3 months
- Water pouring flow: 0.8-2.0 L / min thanks to the tube-shaped air channel for faster pouring.
Microfiltration technology
PitcherPro uses 4-stage microfiltration technology with activated carbon and alkaline beads.
The activated carbon block, made from coconut shell, is capable of absorbing chemical, gaseous, metallic and organic elements thanks to its microscopic structure and highly porous surface.
As the water passes through the filter, substances such as: lime, chlorine (responsible for bad taste), heavy metals, sand, rust and sediments, lead, mercury, salmonella, legionella, pesticides, herbicides, drug residues, nitrates and 80 contaminants larger than 1-2 μm (microns) are retained in the spherical particles of the activated carbon. The result is clean, filtered water, ready for consumption.
Tips for use
It is recommended to put a new refill every 3 months in order not to lose filtering efficiency. Why?
The refill is made of carbon, a material of organic origin that can be a breeding ground for microorganisms, which over time can give rise to the proliferation of bacteria. These bacteria accumulate behind the filter and contaminate the water.
In addition, the filtered lime will eventually reduce the water flow rate depending on the hardness of the source water.
The appropriate water temperature is between 5-38ºC.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will it fit in my refrigerator?
The standard refrigerator size in Europe is about 110 mm, but it can range from 100 to 120 mm. PitcherPro measures approximately 108 x 112 mm. The standard Brita is 110 mm wide.
What does instant filtration mean?
Just fill the pitcher with tap water and your water is ready to drink thanks to the tube-shaped air channel for better filtration, no waiting - it filters right away while you're pouring yourself a glass of water!
How to put in a new refill?
Remove the lid and unscrew the refill from the top. Insert a new refill and screw it back into place. Fill the pitcher with water and let the water run through the filter before using it for the first time.
Why is it good to increase the alkalinity of the water to make it taste good?
The refill contains alkaline beads. In turn, these beads contain alkaline minerals that cause the pH to rise (between 0.5 and 1) and the oxide in the water to act as an antioxidant (ORP).
The more negative the ORP value, the more antioxidant the water will be and therefore the less oxide taste it will have. In addition to this the alkaline beals add magnesium to the water.
