Do you find it difficult to drink water? Try kiwi flavored water made with filtered water! In addition to hydrating you, it is a fresh recipe for summer.
This recipe is designed for about 8 glasses and will take less than 5 minutes to make.
Ingredients
- 2 liters of filtered tap water.
- 2 glass jugs or containers (1L capacity each).
- 1 mixer.
- 7-8 kiwis.
Remember to buy kiwi without single-use plastic packaging and, if possible, from local and organic producers.
Kiwi water step by step
- Filter your tap water with EcoPro or EcoPro Compact in a jug and leave it in the refrigerator to prepare this recipe with cold filtered water.
- Peel the kiwis and cut them into quarters.
- Add the kiwis and water to the blender. Beat until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Serve it in a glass and enjoy!
Some tips
- This recipe can remain in the refrigerator for up to 4 days in a closed container.
- You can add honey or sweetener to taste if you think the kiwi water is too acidic. But, if you want the drink to be 100% natural, make it with very ripe kiwis. The riper, the sweeter.
