Methods of return for web customers

We are confident that you will be delighted with your new TAPP Water product, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 45 days from the date of purchase to return it to us. Simply let us know by filling out this return request form.

If you would like to return a product that you purchased on our website or at a TAPP Water sales stand in a shopping mall, please read the following instructions carefully. In case you have purchased the product from other online stores, physical stores or Amazon, please contact the seller. TAPP Water does not handle returns of purchases from third party sites.

We will refund the cost of return shipping in the following cases, provided that it is within the warranty period and that your request has been previously evaluated and confirmed by the customer service team after sending us your return request:

  • Manufacturing defects or defects in workmanship
  • Poor quality
  • Incompatibility with my faucet/system
  • I received a product that I did not order (subscription renewals not cancelled in time do not fall into this category).
  • I received the product twice
  • I don't like the filter / I don't like the look of it

    In the event that you would like to return the product to us for any other reason, TAPP Water will not cover the return shipping costs. We will refund the price of the product, not the return shipping costs, provided you notify us within 45 days of the date of purchase.

    If you need to return a product from outside TAPP Water's service area, please contact TAPP Water Customer Service. Shipping charges may apply.

    To return your product in accordance with the return policy, please ensure that:
  1. You have made your purchase directly with TAPP Water (through our website) or through a TAPP Water booth in a shopping mall.
  2. You have contacted TAPP Water to advise that you are going to begin the return process by writing to this return request form.**.
  3. The product is returned in its original TAPP Water packaging, with all materials and parts included.

Spain (except Ceuta and Melilla), Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Sweden.

From the rest of Europe (except UK): you must send the package to our offices and we will reimburse the shipping costs once it arrives at our facilities:

From UK: you will have to request a return label and take the package to the corresponding courier company.

 

Return for incompatibility with your system: Our filters are compatible with 95% of standard faucets. Please check that your faucet is not in the image of non-compatible faucets before purchasing. Round diameter faucets that are not compatible are those with extendable hose and the following models:

  1. Pull-out or shower style faucet.
  2. IKEA "BOSJÖN", "ÄLMAREN" and "TÄMNAREN" and other faucets with short threads
  3. Taps with oval thread
  4. Sensor faucet

 

 

In case of incompatibility, our team will contact you to see if we have an alternative solution for your specific case (e.g. by sending you adapters free of charge). Please note that most cases of apparent incompatibility can be solved by sending you additional adapters free of charge. We will evaluate your case by means of the video we will ask you to attach, and we will contact you as soon as possible to find the best solution for your case.

If it is not compatible, we will tell you how to send the product. Once we have received the order, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of returning the package to the payment method used (bank card or your Paypal account). Please note that this process will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days.

  • Return for quality defects:
    Once the existence of tare or manufacturing defect in any of the selected products has been verified, Tappwater will proceed to replace it with another of identical characteristics within the following 5 working days, provided that it is within the warranty period:

If it is not possible to replace the product, Tappwater will inform you of this circumstance and will proceed to reimburse the amount corresponding to the product in relation to the total amount paid for the product. In such case, the refund of amounts paid for the return of the product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days.

Tappwater is not responsible for quality defects caused by normal wear and tear, external impacts or improper use.

 

Return for any other reason:

  • I did not cancel my annual subscription in time
  • The product arrived too late
  • I ordered a product I did not want
  • Other (not mentioned on this page)

 

All you have to do is to send us back the product with all its parts by mail to our office in Spain, indicating your name and order number. Our return address is as follows:

In such cases, we do not offer reimbursement of amounts paid for the return of the product. Please fill out this return form and when we have received the order, we will refund the purchase price in the payment method used (bank card or your Paypal account) minus up to 10€ for shipping and handling. Please note that this process will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days.

Each product to be returned must be found with all its parts, labels, packaging and, if applicable, original documentation and accessories that came with it.

Tappwater is not responsible for quality defects caused by normal wear and tear, external impact or misuse.
