Spain: 1–3 working days

Other countries (including the Canary Islands): 5–7 working days

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Deliveries cannot be made to freight forwarding agencies, PO boxes or hotels.
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs and the minimum order value for free shipping depend on the destination country or zone. Shipping for subscription refill orders is free.*

Mainland Europe (Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Austria): €5.99 (free shipping on orders over €69)

Shipping Errors & Re-delivery

In the event of a shipping issue, responsibility will depend on whether the error was caused by incorrect information provided by the customer or by Tappwater. If a re-delivery is required due to an error attributable to the customer (for example, an incorrect or incomplete delivery address), the cost of re-shipping may be charged to the customer and will vary depending on the destination country.

At present, we do not ship to Ceuta or Melilla through our website. We are actively looking for a local distributor to bring our filters to the islands and North Africa in the near future.
