We will refund the price of the product, and the cost of return shipping if you notify us within 45 days from the date of purchase.

Lifetime warranty. Get a lifetime warranty with the annual subscription. Your filter is covered for as long as you are with us. In case you are not yet a subscriber of the annual pack, you are also covered by a warranty, for 1 year.
All product purchases are covered by a 45 day great taste warranty. If you don't like the taste then return the product for a full refund including shipping cost.
Filtration and contaminants
EcoPro Chrome SMR uses an ultra-advanced 6-stage Nanofiltration technology enhanced with Swedish Mineral Rock (SMR) in its replacement filters.
The multilayer system combines polypropylene mesh, compressed carbon block, a polyphosphate core, and a microporous membrane to remove over 100 harmful substances, while the final stage with Swedish Mineral Rock naturally adds calcium, magnesium, and potassium for a fresher taste and healthier hydration.

Each EcoPro Chrome SMR refill is engineered to deliver up to 3 months of continuous performance, depending on the quality of your local water supply and the level of daily consumption in your household. By combining a high-capacity 6-stage nanofiltration system with Swedish Mineral Rock technology, every refill ensures that your tap water remains clean, fresh, and mineralized for the entire recommended period.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is my tap compatible?
The EcoPro Chrome SMR is compatible with most standard kitchen taps (F22 thread). If you need an adapter, we’ll provide one free of charge.
Why do I need to change the refill every 3 months, even if I don’t use it much?
Activated carbon is organic, so bacteria can grow over time even if the filter isn’t used often. Changing every 3 months ensures safe, clean water.
What if I don’t like the taste?
EcoPro Chrome SMR removes the substances that cause bad taste and odor, mainly chlorine and limescale. If you’re still not satisfied, you can return it within 45 days for a full refund.
Can I use it with hot water?
No. The filter is designed for cold water only. For hot water, switch the device to “unfiltered mode”.
