How do I set up Countertop RO SMR™?
Quick setup: no installation, ready in minutes
- Insert the filter cartridge (if not already installed).
- Rinse and fill the back water tank — don't exceed the max fill line.
- Rinse the pure water jug.
- Plug in the unit; flushing starts automatically. At 50%, empty and refill the back tank.
- When the light turns blue, place a 1.2 L container and press the button. Repeat until it reaches 100% (approx. 20 min).
- A blue light means you're ready — enjoy clean, great-tasting water.
Everyday use
- Choose your temperature (25, 45, 55, 65, 85 or 95 °C) and volume (150, 300 or 999 ml) — or skip the temperature for ambient water.
- Dispense directly, or remove the pure water jug to serve.
- Top up the back water tank whenever the light blinks.

Do I need to install the Countertop RO SMR or connect it to plumbing?
No. It's a countertop reverse osmosis system plug & play. Place it on the worktop, fill the tank, plug it in and it's ready in about 60 seconds of setup (≈20 min first flush). No drilling, no plumbing, no technician.
What does the Countertop RO SMR remove?
Its 7-stage reverse osmosis reduces up to 99.9% of contaminants, including PFAS, heavy metals, microplastics, fluoride, nitrates, chlorine and limescale. It's certified to CE and FCC and tested to NSF 42, 53 and 401.
Does it remove healthy minerals like other RO systems?
No, this is the key difference. After purifying, its Swedish Mineral Rock™ stage adds calcium, magnesium and potassium back, so you get RO-level purity with balanced, great-tasting, mineral-rich water.
How much water does it produce and how fast?
Up to 12 litres per hour and 285 litres per day, dispensed at 2 L/min from the pure-water tank. It includes a 1.2 L jug to keep filtered water in the fridge
How long does the cartridge last and how often do I change it?
One RO + SMR cartridge lasts up to 1 year for a typical two-person household (≈2 L per person per day). On subscription you receive refills automatically with a reminder when it's due.
