How to Use the InlinePro SMR under sink water filter
Quick Installation
- Turn off the cold-water supply by closing the cold-water valve located under your sink.
- Disconnect the existing hose that connects the cold-water valve to your faucet.
- Connect the new hose provided with InlinePro to the cold-water valve.
- Attach the other end of this new hose to the “IN” port on the InlinePro filter.
- Locate the original hose that runs to your faucet. One end should still be connected to the faucet.
- Connect the loose end of the original hose to the “OUT” port of the InlinePro filter.
- Ensure all connections are secure, then slowly open the cold-water valve to restore the water supply

How long does the InlinePro SMR™ filter cartridge last?
For households with 1 to 3 households, the refill can last up to 12 months, while 4 or more households should expect a lifespan of up to 6 months. Each InlinePro SMR cartridge is designed to filter between 15,000 and 20,000 litres of water.
What warranty and return policy does InlinePro SMR offer?
InlinePro SMR comes with a 5-year warranty and a 40-day free return period. Returns are free of charge as long as the product is returned in good condition.
How to change the cartridge in the InlinePro SMR?
- Unscrew the head.
- Use the removal tool provided to open the cartridge cover.
- Replace the used cartridge with a new one.
- Screw the head and body back together.
- Run the water for 2 minutes to activate the new cartridge.
