We are confident that you will be delighted with your new Tappwater product, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 45 days from the date of purchase to return it to us. Lifetime warranty. Get a lifetime warranty with the annual subscription. Your filter is covered for as long as you are with us. In case you are not yet a subscriber of the annual pack, you are also covered by a warranty, for 1 year.
All product purchases are covered by a 45 day great taste warranty. If you don't like the taste then return the product for a full refund including shipping cost.
Change your refills from your shower filter
To change the cartridge of your ShowerPro Diamond, simply open the shower filter, remove the old cartridge, put the new one in your shower filter, close and continue filtering. Change it in seconds, no tools required.z

The materials we use for the filter reinforce our commitment to sustainability, quality and durability.
The filter is made of ABS + PP plastic, free of BPA and phthalates.
Filtration and substances
The carbon block houses our patented formula, which is the result of many years of research and of which we are very proud. It breaks down the mineral to prevent limescale formation, as well as trapping the remaining heavy metals and over 70 substances your body doesn't need.
Refill duration
Water quality and filtration efficiency can only be guaranteed up to a usage capacity equivalent to 6 months in a 1-2 person household. Beyond 6 months, the filtration efficiency will no longer meet our quality parameters.
It should also be noted that the components of the refill are of organic origin, so that, after a prolonged period of use, they can lead to bacterial growth.
Tips for use
- Can be used with both hot and cold water
- Avoid washing the filter with soap
- If you have not used the filter for several days, let the water run for 30 seconds.
