How to Use the Countertop Unit
Quick Installation
- Insert the filter cartridge (if not already installed).
- Rinse and fill the back water tank. Do not exceed the max fill line.
- Rinse the pure water jug.
- Plug in the unit, and flushing will begin automatically. At 50%, empty and refill the raw back tank.
- When the light turns blue, place a 1.2L container and press the button. Repeat until 100% is reached (approx. 20 min).
- The blue light means you're ready to enjoy clean, great-tasting water.

Using Your Countertop
- Choose a temperature (25°C, 45°C, 55°C, 65°C, 85°C, and 95°C) and volume (150, 300, or 999 ml).
- For ambient water, skip the temperature setting.
- Use the dispenser or remove the pure water jug.
- Top up the back water tank when the light blinks.
How Do I Know How Long My RO SMR Cartridge Lasts?
The Reverse Osmosis with SMR cartridge lasts up to 12 months, depending on usage and household size.
This estimate is based on a two-person household, each consuming 2 litres of water per day, using the Countertop mainly for cold or hot water, for drinks such as water, tea, coffee, or baby formula.
